Tuesday – Uniform
Wednesday – Uniform, swimming kit
Thursday – Pe kit
Friday – Reception uniform and Year 1 to wear PE kit
Curriculum overview – Reception
Phonics – Please check tapestry every Monday for phonics vidoes which will be sent home to support your child’s learning.
Literacy – We will continue to look at traditional tales when we return. Our first story will be 3 Billy Goats Gruff. We will work to remember the story and change it for our own version over the term. Please do check tapestry for daily updates about our learning.
Maths – We will be looking at numbers from 10 – 20. We will be using concrete resources to help us fully understand what this means and enjoy discovering different ways to make the numbers.
Understanding the world around us – As the weather improves we hope to complete many trips in our locality over the term including to local businesses, our beach, local parks and hopefully to Beach school in Exmouth.

Phonics / Spellings – Please see your google classroom every Friday for updates around this learning. All support is really beneficial for your child. We will continue to change books on a Monday.
Literacy – We will continue to look at traditional tales when we return to school. Our first story will be ‘ Billy Goats Gruff’. The children are beginning to build their sentences adding in extra information.
Maths – When we return we will be looking at place value to 50. We will be thinking about how many tens and ones a number has and how to add them together.
Timetable – please see attached a timetable for how your child’s day will look. This is very similar to the Spring Term, but there are a few differences.
