Our School payment system is called School Gateway – access it here to download the app:
Online Payments for Dinner Money, Trips, Clubs and Before and After School Club
We are a cashless school – payment by SchoolGateway or cheque payable to Devon County Council only.
Booking and Paying for School Dinners
- Please be aware that there will be a cut off time of 10am to order dinners for that day.
- If you have ordered a meal and your child is absent we will carry the credit over.
- After you have made a payment you must then select which days you would like to order your child a school meal. Menus are available on the school website.
- School dinner prices are Standard – £2.75, Junior £2.95
Booking Before After School Clubs and Nursery Inbetweeners
- There will be a maximum number of spaces available for each session.
- There will be a cut off time of 3pm for After school club, 2.30pm for nursery inbetweeners and 7 am for Before school club. If you do miss this time call the office and see if there are any spaces: we can book you in manually. This will need to be paid immediately after booking
Sessions Prices for Before and After School Clubs
Before school (BSC) – £6.00
After school club- Stay and Play (SP)( 4.30 – 5.30) – £5.00
After school club- Stay – Stay, Play and Tea (SPT) (3.30 – 6.00) – £12.00
Inbetweeners – (14.50 – 3.20) – £3.00
What you need to do now
Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Android and iPhone).
OR
Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’.
- You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to School Gateway.
- We’ll notify you by text or email when new items are available for payment.
Can’t activate your account?
If you’re having trouble logging in, it may be because the school doesn’t have your current email and mobile phone number on record. Please call the school and we’ll update the details on our system.
We hope that you will find School Gateway to be a fast and easy way to pay for school items.
Using childcare vouchers to pay for before and after school clubs?
- You will need to register your vouchers in the normal way. Then let the school office know.
- We need to know your voucher details in advance so that we can locate it before any sessions are booked.
- Please send your voucher details to admin@sps1.org.uk (Ref No eg JPES12345TFC, date and amount ) along with instructions of how you would like your voucher allocated.
- We cannot book the sessions until we locate your voucher
ADMIN CHARGE
In accordance with directives from Devon County Council we are not allowed to enable parents to get into debt so all sessions must be paid for in advance and any accounts found to be in arrears at the end of each month will be given a £5 admin charge.
