Online Payments for Dinner Money and Before and After School Club
We are unable to accept cash – we can still take cheques made payable to Devon County Council.
If you are going to be paying with childcare voucher please inform the office of the company that you use; email – admin@sps1.org.uk or call us on 01395 443167. Once you are set up you can still book online.
Booking and Paying for School Dinners
If you do book school dinners online, please be aware that there will be a cut of time of 9.00am to order dinners for that day. You will have to contact the school office to book your child on after this time. If you have ordered a meal and your child is absent we will carry the credit over.
Booking before and after school club
There will be a maximum space allocation of 18 children per session. There will be a cut off time of 15.00 for bookings the same day. If you do miss this time call the office and see if there are any spaces: we can book you in manually. You can also book sessions via the office, via phone or in person.
Sessions Prices for Before and After School Clubs
Before School Club – £6.00 (07:30-08:45)
After School Club (Stay and Play) – £5.00 (15.30-16.30)
After School Club (Stay, Play and Tea) – £12.00 (15.30-18:00)
Nursery Inbetweeners (15.00-15.20) £2.00
All Payments online
You will also be able to pay for trips, clubs and swimming etc. next term using this service.
What you need to do now
Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Android and iPhone).
OR
Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to School Gateway.
We’ll notify you by text or email when new items are available for payment.
Can’t activate your account?
If you’re having trouble logging in, it may be because the school doesn’t have your current email and mobile phone number on record. Please call the school and we’ll update the details on our system.

Using childcare vouchers to pay for before and after school club?
You will need to register your vouchers in the normal way. Then let the school office know.
Using the School Gateway, book the sessions you want and add to basket. Then email club@sps1.org.uk to say that you want to use your vouchers to pay for these sessions, and then simply send the vouchers or codes to us.
