Current home-learning expectations
Reading: Your child’s reading pouch will be needed in school every Monday. We ask that you read for 10 minutes every evening so that each reading book is read three times. We change RWI reading books on Mondays and library books on Thursdays.
It is also very important to share a range of children’s stories to expand your child’s vocabulary as well as promoting a life-long love of reading. We love hearing their recommendations too!
Please see Google Classrooms for your child’s home learning which changes each Friday. These will either be speed sound videos or spellings depending on your child’s phonics group.
