Healthy Packed Lunches!
As all parents and carers are aware, a healthy meal is important because it helps our children to:
- Be fitter and healthier now and later in life;
- Focus and learn;
- Show positive behaviours;
- Maintain a healthy mental health;
If you are providing a packed lunch, please ensure that you provide a healthy lunch and limit the number of high fat processed foods, other processed foods, high sugar items and high salt items.
