Key Stage 2 Christmas Concert at St Peter's Church Thursday 20th December
Pupils need to arrive at the Peter’s Church Hall at 17:40. The doors to the Church then will be opened at 17:45 and the concert will begin at 18:00. We expect the concert to finish at 19:15 approximately.
Pupils must wear their full school uniform – but they can choose to wear a Christmas jumper instead of their school jumper, cardigan or hoodie.
Please note that due to the size of the Key Stage 2 cohort (approximately 140 families) and the capacity of St Peter’s Church, only two tickets will be allocated to each family.
If your child is unable to participate in the concert, you must write a letter to confirm and return the two tickets to the school office.
You must bring the tickets to the performance. If you arrive without tickets then this will delay your entry to the Church as we have to re-issue tickets on the door.
We are concerned that in previous years some adults without tickets have attended the Christmas Concert at St Peter’s Church. As a result some parents, who have arrived later but with tickets have been forced to stand. Whilst I appreciate that there may be some disappointment that other family members will miss out on the opportunity to watch the concert, I am sure that you would agree the above situation is unfair on those parents with tickets.
