London residential
Last week year 6 went to London for their annual four-day residential. It was packed full of amazing experiences and a great way to develop independence away from home.
We went to the Science Museum, the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, Horseguards Parade, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Pineapple Dance Studios, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Covent Garden, The Lyceum to watch The Lion King and the Sealife Centre. We stayed in a youth hostel and I am amazed to say everyone slept through the night – every night! We saw lots of sights around London on the coach, and got lots of comments about the good behaviour of the children.
