New Kettlebell Class at Seachange
Seachange are looking to start a new Kettlebell class aimed at parents / carers / guardians of school aged children, so that they can come straight from the school run drop off.
It will run on a Thursday morning at 09.15 for 45 mins- aiming to start early October
They will be offering a free of charge taster session with tea / coffee afterwards and then the class will run for an initial 6 weeks at a reduced price of £4.00
