University of Exeter Primary Enrichment: Autumn 2019
Including FREE places on enrichment activities for pupils eligible for Free School Meals/Pupil Premium
The University of Exeter offer an exciting and comprehensive range of one-day activities for children across Key Stage 2, from Years 3 to 6, across the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
They are specifically aimed at engaging pupils who demonstrate a particular interest, skill or potential in specific subject areas. The Autumn courses include Maths, Science, ICT/Computing, Art, Dance and Literacy opportunities.

The cost of each of these course is £35.00, payable directly to the University of Exeter.
Pupil Premium FREE places
All the courses include FREE places for pupils who are eligible for the Pupil Premium. Prior to booking please contact the Primary Enrichment Outreach Team (Email: email@example.com Tel: 01392 724816). Once you have been in touch, when booking booking please select ‘B) Free school meals/pupil premium’.
If you are not sure whether your child is eligible for the Pupil Premium, or you would like assistance applying for the Pupil Premium, please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How to Book
Parents/carers are responsible for all booking arrangements. However, the School Office will provide assistance if you are unable to access the internet.

2) Scroll down and open the Primary Enrichment Outreach brochure Autumn 2019
3) Read about the courses available, including the specific details about the course in which your child is interested.
4) Click on the ‘Book and pay for your places here’ link on page 3 and follow the instructions.
You will need to complete an S2 Absence Form, which can be obtained from the School Office or downloaded from our website https://st-peters-school.org.uk/parents/attendance-and-absence/
You should return this to the school office three weeks before the date of the course. The first course is on 4th November so we will need the S2 Absence Form by 14th October.
Please note that we will only authorise one absence request per pupil per term for the University of Exeter enrichment opportunities.
Transport and Resources
Parents are responsible for providing transport to/from the Enrichment Opportunity and for the provision of any resources e.g. packed lunch, water bottle, pencil case.
