Maths in Motion - Year 5 and Year 6 Maths Enrichment
On Wednesday 9th November, four Year 5 and Year 6 pupils represented St Peter’s CoE Primary School in the Maths in Motion challenge at Exmouth Community College.
Part One involved estimating the distances/angles along the racing track of Barcelona’s F1 track.
Part Two involved accurately measuring the distances / angles.
Next week they will be calculating the amount of fuel required to travel around the track x number of laps and the speed to safely navigate their way around the course without crashing!
