The children in Nursery have gone all piratey!!! They have negotiated and built pirate decorating them with their names, portholes, canons…
(just don’t tell them that the teachers are enjoying assessing how they negotiate, create, evaluate, change, imagine…)
They’ve made telescopes, crows nests and had to walk the plank!
(Don’t tell them that the teachers are assessing their physical development!)
We’ve hidden and played in the garden role-playing pirates and creating our own games…
(Shhh, were assessing their ideas, rules, imaginative play and language…)
They’ve just found a map that leads to treasure!…what will happen next??!!!
